This page is for organisations looking to make larger, tax efficient donations to support Ukraine through our registered charitable designation, and receive a 501(c)(3) Tax-Compliant Donation Receipt in return.
Timofii Shcherbatykh is the CEO of a Ukrainian company called Archivizer, employing over 600 staff.
Although Archivizer’s usual business activities are focused on Photorealistic CGI renders for architects, as soon as the war in Ukraine began he transformed the Archivizer offices in Lviv, Kyiv and Kharkiv into logistics warehouses for receiving and distributing vital medical and military supplies to the civilian heroes in the danger zones in Ukraine.
He’s also arranged an extensive transport network running supplies in from a number of EU countries by car, bus and train through Lviv into the centre of Kyiv; an area which cannot be reached by the larger charities as it is simply too dangerous.
We directly fund Archivizer’s humanitarian efforts by purchasing vital medical supplies and survival equipment, but we’ve now reached a point where we urgently need larger corporate donations to solve the challenges listed below on this page.
To facilitate this, we’ve successfully set up a US based charitable designation allowing all companies who donate with us to receive a 501(c)(3) Tax-Compliant Donation Receipt in return for any and all donations made.
This means that donations through us are:
- Fully tax-deductible
- Spent on supplies that are immediately transported into key danger zones which larger charities cannot reach

A $10,000 Donation will allow us to solve one of the following problems:
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
$25,000 Donation
A $25,000 Donation will allow us to solve one of the following problems:
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
$50,000 Donation
A $50,000 Donation will allow us to solve one of the following problems:
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
$100,000 Donation
A $100,000 Donation will allow us to solve one of the following problems:
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
- Provide full medical supplies and ground survival equipment for approx 200 civilian defenders in Kyiv for 2 full weeks
